Welcome Searchers to my basic but hopefully descriptive and helpful web site.
As of 2011 I am in my 21st year of bodywork which began in 1990 after completing my initial training in massage therapy from the New Mexico Academy of Massage.
In early 2003 I completed my training in Structrual Integration at The Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder Colorado from instructors who studied directly with Dr. Ida P. Rolf.
Along with my formal training in bodywork I bring to the table 25 plus years experience in endurance sports, yoga, and all things heath and nutrition as part of my lifestyle passions.
